Know your content could work harder but not sure where to start?

Feeling left behind by search changes, AI, or content that no longer performs?

Is your impact story getting buried while louder voices dominate online?

The visibility rules have changed

Generative AI, algorithmic feeds, searchless discovery, credibility signals. It’s a lot.

Digital PR Foundations is ideal for organisations doing meaningful work but feeling like their content is letting them down.

It’s part audit, part fix-it, part future-proofing. It meets you where you are and builds the foundations to get your house in order and put you back in control of your content and story.

What are digital PR foundations?

Video Transcript

If you’ve ever felt like your message is getting drowned out online, or like you’re doing all the right things but still not showing up in search, you’re not alone.

Churning out ad hoc content is easy. But it rarely builds visibility, trust or traction.

And for mission-driven organisations, it’s not a good use of time or money.

That’s why I created Digital PR Foundations; a service that builds a solid base to help your content work harder.

Cost effective, multi-purpose content guided by strategy and big-picture thinking.

Not trends. Not guesswork. But what actually helps the internet — and your audience — understand who you are and what you do.

I’m Tanya, a communication specialist crafting kind and careful content for organisations that value access and inclusion.

The rules of online visibility have changed.

It’s no longer just about your website.

It’s how you show up across the internet — in search, in AI tools and in the places people go to get answers.

Search isn’t just keywords anymore. It’s AI summaries. Generative answers. Algorithmic feeds.

And whether we like it or not, these systems are now shaping how people discover, trust and connect with organisations.

The good news? You don’t need to be a tech expert to keep up.

You just need the right foundations.

Digital PR Foundations is built for small to medium-sized organisations doing meaningful work but getting lost in the online noise.

If you know your content could be doing more, but you’re not sure where to start, this is for you.

The service works in 3 layers:

An audit to assess your content, search visibility and the signals you’re sending online.

Prioritised fixes to set a solid base beneath your most important content.

Strategic, optimised, multi-purpose content and outreach to help you take control of your digital footprint.

Still not sure why this matters?

Well, when someone asks ChatGPT about your sector, does your organisation come up as a trusted source?

When Google gives an AI summary of your topic, are you part of the conversation?

Many organisations are finding that they aren’t. And it’s not because their work isn’t valuable. They simply haven’t shown the internet the right signals.

That’s what we’re here to change.

Digital PR Foundations helps you take back control of your online presence instead of rolling with the tide.

If you’re ready to build stronger foundations for your content and visibility, scroll down to explore the service and packages, or get in touch to talk it through.

You’re doing work that matters. Let’s make sure it gets seen.

Fix what’s not working and build what will

Digital PR Foundations isn’t about quick fixes or content volume. It’s about finding the weak links, creating a plan and building visibility that lasts. It focuses on precision content that works hard on your website and across the internet. Choose digital PR if you want to:

  • understand how AI and generative search sees you and how to guide the narrative
  • strengthen your existing SEO foundations
  • get more value from every piece of content
  • ensure tone, values and purpose are clear wherever you appear
  • improve your digital footprint and build long-term credibility.

Shape how the internet sees you.

Create smart content that builds visibility, trust and reputation.

    Digital PR Foundations FAQs

How is this different to an SEO service?

This service recognises that while SEO is important, it’s not the whole picture. Having SEO foundations in place is essential for successful content. But the growth of generative AI search, as well as algorithm-led search results customised for individual interests means a broader range of tools and tactics is needed to build awareness, authority and trust that serves your mission online.

Is digital PR different to traditional PR?

All public relations is about building your organisation’s visibility, credibility and reputation. Digital PR focuses specifically on organic online channels, using digital tools and content strategies to reach your audience where they’re already searching and learning.

Isn't digital PR just about getting backlinks?

Backlinks from credible, quality sites to yours are still important for SEO, but they’re not everything. Digital PR is now about context, credibility and consistent brand presence. Search engines are becoming better able to understand context and so put increasing value on your reputation, expertise and how you’re talked about across the web, not just the number of links to your site.

Do I have to start with the audit package?

If you’ve recently audited your online presence and understand the lay of the land, I can jump in to spruce existing content with my Energise package, or plan and develop new topic content clusters with my Ignite package. I’m all about starting where you are.

Can you do all the fixes for me?

My audit package includes an easy-to-follow summary report that includes 10 priority fixes to keep things manageable. You can fix these yourself or book my Energise package, which includes some additional bonus features.
If your site is found to need technical SEO fixes, I can put you in touch with a developer.

What if my existing content is too short or ‘thin’?

The Energise package focuses on optimising your existing content structure, SEO elements, and readability. If I find pages with thin content during the audit, I’ll flag these for you with recommendations. However, rewriting thin content isn’t included in the standard package since every organisation’s content needs are different and require tailored solutions. This work can be quoted separately based on what’s needed for your specific situation.

Does your Ignite package include service and sales pages?

The Ignite package focuses on content pillars and clusters designed to inform audiences and establish your experience, expertise, authority and trust. The best format for this is in-depth blog type content carefully structured to meet the needs of readers, search engines and AI models.

Do I really need a blog? I don't get what they are.

The modern blog is an essential content marketing tool. It’s a section of your website featuring articles that showcase your specific expertise and authority. While your service pages are designed to sell your programs and services, your blog delivers deep, quality information that builds awareness and understanding among readers who are still learning about the type of work you do. And when structured correctly, they also help search engines and AI models understand what you’re about and why you should be trusted.

How do you measure content success?

The first step is to establish your goals. There’s no point showing you a bunch of vanity metrics if they don’t deliver what you’re after. Once we establish your specific goals, I’ll gather the tools that measure how we’re tracking. It’s not a one way street, though. You’ll need to be following the plan to make sure the content is working as hard as it should.

I’ll set out your specific metrics, milestones  and timelines in a project specifications document to keep us both on track and headed in the right direction.

No more lost clicks or confused visitors. Just trust-building content to showcase your impact when and where your audience needs it.

A hat, binoculars and map are laid out on a car bonnet depicting a journey plan.

Now you’re in control with an audit that makes sense, a clear content plan and a growing digital presence that matches the quality of your work.

    The fine print

    • Before we start you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining all inclusions, timeline and terms.
    • Packages are based on set inclusions – any changes can be noted in your booking form.
    • Technical and accessibility checks identify priority content-related issues. Major technical problems can be referred to appropriate specialists.
    • Keyword research isn’t included unless specified. I’ll work with your supplied search terms.
    • Prices include GST.
